Our chocolates are handcrafted, artisanal creations. Each item is unique, and slight variations in appearance may occur. Product photos are for reference only.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Due to the sensitive nature of chocolate, we carefully schedule shipping days to avoid extreme temperatures. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions or carrier issues.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, melted, or broken upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
To request a return, please contact us with photo or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
